Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, through our secure online checkout. Business customers may also be offered invoice payment as part of an account agreement.
Secure Checkout
All online payments are processed by trusted, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers over an encrypted connection. Fly TFrance never stores your full card details on our servers.
Prices and Currency
Quotes and payment links show the total amount and currency before you pay. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included unless stated in your quote.
Receipts and Invoices
After a successful payment you will receive a confirmation by email. If you need a formal invoice for your business, contact us with your payment reference.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails, please check your card details and available balance, or try another card. Your bank may also block online or international payments — contacting them usually resolves the issue quickly.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Claims Policy.
