What is the difference between express and freight?
Express is designed for documents and parcels that need to arrive quickly, door to door. Freight is for larger, heavier or palletised cargo, where the cost per kilo matters more than speed.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Charges are based on the greater of the actual and volumetric weight, the destination, the service level and any optional extras such as insurance or packaging.
Do you offer business accounts?
Yes. Business accounts include contract pricing, scheduled pickups, consolidated invoicing and a dedicated point of contact.
Can you store my products and ship my online orders?
Yes. Our e-commerce logistics service covers storage, pick and pack, last-mile delivery, cash on delivery and returns.
Who pays customs duties and taxes?
Duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are usually paid by the recipient, unless you choose to pay them on the recipient's behalf.
Is my shipment insured?
Standard liability applies to every shipment. For high-value goods we recommend optional insurance, which must be requested when booking.
