These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Fly TFrance. By booking a shipment or using our website you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Fly TFrance provides courier, express, freight and related logistics services. We may use trusted partners to perform part of the transport. Service availability depends on the origin, destination and type of goods.
Shipper Responsibilities
The shipper confirms that:
- The description, value, weight and contents of the shipment are complete and accurate.
- The shipment is properly packed, labelled and addressed.
- The shipment does not contain prohibited items listed on our Prohibited Items page.
- All information needed for customs clearance has been provided.
Rates and Charges
Charges are calculated using the greater of actual and volumetric weight and may include surcharges for remote areas, special handling or address corrections. Duties, taxes and charges imposed by authorities are payable by the recipient unless agreed otherwise.
Inspection
Fly TFrance and government authorities may open and inspect any shipment at any time for safety, security or legal reasons.
Transit Times
Delivery times provided by Fly TFrance are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Liability
Fly TFrance is liable only for direct loss or damage caused by our negligence, up to the limits stated in your quote or service agreement, unless additional insurance was purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs actions, natural events and incorrect information provided by the shipper.
Claims
Claims must be submitted within the time limits in our Refund & Claims Policy.
Payment
Payment is due when booking unless a credit account has been agreed. See Payment Information for details.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of booking applies.
